Mr. Rajeev Tandon
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Based in Los Angeles, California, Rajeev Tandon is Xavient Information Systems’ Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Since founding Xavient in 2002, Rajeev has been committed to delivering the highest quality services to Xavient’s clients around the world. Rajeev brings over 15 years of experience in high-end technology, including both hardware and software, as well as in the electronic manufacturing and communication sectors.
As Chairman and CEO, Rajeev is responsible for executing Xavient’s business strategies and securing world-renowned customers, while also managing the overall performance and growth of the organization. Rajeev is also Xavient’s primary decision and policy maker and in this capacity, sets the tone for Xavient’s values, ethics and culture.
Prior to founding Xavient, Rajeev held various executive roles at companies such as Tandon Corporation and Celetronix International, a leading EMS company which was acquired by publicly-held Jabil Circuit Inc. (NYSE:JBL) in 2006. At Celetronix, Rajeev was the President of its Computer Hardware division and also the co-founding CEO of its Memory division.
Born in Cupertino, California, Rajeev is actively involved in several Silicon Valley and Southern California companies in both advisory and board member capacities. Rajeev holds a bachelors degree from the University of Southern California in Marketing and Finance.
Mr. Saif Ahmad
President and Chief Operating Officer
Saif Ahmad possesses over 12 years of experience in the IT industry and has a strong
track record of leadership in the business & IT arenas. Saif co-founded Xavient
in 2002 and built its key customer base and delivery competencies. As President
and Chief Operating Officer, Saif directs all facets of Xavient’s global operations
and growth strategy. He is the chief architect of Xavient’s operational excellence,
profitability model and extremely successful customer engagements. As a truly global
executive, he runs the international operations of Xavient’s United States and India
offices. Saif has also been instrumental in driving sales and customer acquisition
efforts for Xavient in the Hi-Tech and Telco domains.
Prior to Xavient, Saif held service delivery responsibilities for the Software Services
division of an Indo-US start up operation - eMR technology ventures. At eMR, Saif
was responsible for delivery and business development and played a critical role
in corporate strategy and management decisions.
Saif has extensive experience in software development lifecycle, account management,
solution architecting and business process analysis and re-engineering in the Hi-Tech
and telco domain. His focus areas have been CRM, Component based OSS/BSS implementation
frameworks, SCM, EAI, and Business Intelligence.
He started his career as a systems analyst with an offshore consulting firm. Saif
has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from University of Delhi.
Mr. Tim Lutz
Chief Financial Officer
Tim Lutz is Xavient’s Chief Financial Officer, with 18 years of experience and having
held various progressive and global roles in finance and accounting. In his capacity
as CFO, Tim is an integral part of Xavient’s senior management team responsible
for overall financial corporate control, including governance, internal audit compliance,
cultivating relationships with outside financing sources and serving as a key advisor
to Xavient’s top executives.
Prior to joining Xavient, Tim spent the past ten years with Convergys Corporation
(NASDAQ: CVG) , a publicly traded global provider of relationship management solutions,
where he served as Chief Financial Officer for Convergys’ $600MM software division
and was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, cash management
and capital expenditure decisions. Tim also played other significant roles at Convergys,
including, but not limited to, Vice President of Internal Audit and Chief Compliance
Officer, serving as Chair of the Corporate Compliance Committee reporting to the
Board of Directors.
Prior to Convergys, Tim spent over seven years with Price Waterhouse Coopers as
a manager of business assurance, with a focus on the telecommunications industry.
Tim is a CPA and has an Executive MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati Ohio
and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Ohio University.
Tim’s extensive experience, his credibility within the IT industry and his strong
analytical, communication and team-building skills makes him an ideal member of
Xavient’s executive team.
Mr. Arshad Majeed
Country Manager
Arshad Majeed has been a part of the IT industry for over 12 years and manifests
a deep and cutting edge knowledge of all facets of the field. As head of IT operations
for Xavient Information Systems, Arshad has managed and executed multiple large
scale IT projects such as EAI & CRM.
He currently manages efforts in building world class teams of software engineers
and business process experts and directs and facilitates Xavient’s Human Resource
policies for adding new technology competence areas.
Prior to joining Xavient, Arshad has served the IT industry in various senior technical
and managerial roles at both high-tech start-ups and established companies. He has
a proven track record of building efficient teams that produce leading edge products
and technologies. Arshad joined Xavient Information Systems in 2002.
Ranghan Venkatraman
Vice President of Client Relations
Ranghan Venkatraman is Xavient’s Vice President of Client Relations with over 15
years of industry and consulting experience in various world-class organizations,
both in the U.S. and globally. As Vice President of Client Relations, Ranghan’s
focus is on providing customers with top quality services, executing with excellence
and setting appropriate and meaningful expectations, which he consistently surpasses.
Prior to joining Xavient, Ranghan worked at world-renowned companies such as Intel,
Deloitte, Home Depot and W.W. Grainger, where he led large business transformation
programs within a cross section of industries and created innovative ways to improve
predictability, quality and delivery speed of various initiatives. As Vice
President and Chief Technology Architect at W.W. Granger, Ranghan was responsible
for creating and implementing an IT strategy designed to meet day-to-day business
needs and support long term strategic initiatives at the lowest possible cost. At
Home Depot, he managed a multi-million dollar budget and a team of resources dispersed
throughout North America and Asia, while leading one of the world’s largest SAP
implementation efforts in retail and distribution.
At Deloitte, Ranghan managed, delivered and sold several large technology projects
for Fortune 500 clients and led process architecture and technology related consulting
assignments on behalf of clients in the U.S., Europe and Asia-Pacific. Ranghan‘s
depth of knowledge within this industry makes him an asset to the Xavient team.
