Kelly Ross

Vice President, Client Relations
With over 20 years of experience across the Cable and Telecom industries, Kelly serves as Vice President of Client Services at Xavient Digital – powered by TELUS International (formally Xavient Information Systems). In this role, he is responsible for Business Development and generating new customer relationships.

Kelly has deep experience in strategic planning, financial valuations, financial management, budget management, cash management, project management, process improvement, employee development, auditing, compliance and network construction management. His strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, communication, and relationship management skills have helped the organization to foster a better customer client relationship. Kelly has also been instrumental in reducing capital costs and creating and executing strategic plans.

Prior to Xavient, Kelly served as the Vice-President, Capital Management and Network Planning at Charter Communications Inc. from 2006 to 2010. He led the enterprise-wide Engineering and Information Technology long range strategic development, which included financial responsibility for capital investments and operating expenses totaling approximately $320M. Apart from that he also led business valuations and was responsible for the Engineering and IT efforts for the company auditing and compliance processes. Kelly also managed the operating and capital budget and led cost reduction initiatives. He even developed expense strategies and managed the creation of strategic long-range plan.

From 2003 to 2006, Kelly served as the Director of Capital Management of Adelphia Communications, where he led enterprise wide capital management and drove process improvements and implemented corporate guidelines for the corporate financials as the Liaison between finance, accounting and business units. In between 2005-2006, Kelly also served as a Board Member at St Mary’s Cable Company.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from California State University at Fullerton and is also an active member Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE).
